1. How to order
Select the goods that you would like to purchase, and put them in your shopping
cart. If needed, please change the number of the items in your shopping cart, and
when finished, go to "Checkout". If you have not signed in yet, you
will at this stage be asked to do so. If you are a new customer, you will have
to use 1 appr. 1 minute to give us name and address details. Stage 1, hereafter
is to select Shipping Method (for UK just press "Continue" here, as
there is only one option available). All purchases are delivered
free of charge. Stage
2, is the payment method (we are using Paypal). In stage 3, you can
see the total order price including VAT. If this is o.k., press
confirm order, after which you are being transferred to Paypal's secure server. No order is placed untill stage three has been fully completed. In stage 4 you have the option
to print out an Invoice.
2. Payment
All payments are processed by Paypal's secure servers (SSL) fully protecting the confidentiality of your data. Currently we accept all major credit cards.
3. Prices
All our prices are all inclusive.
4. Freight / Despatch
All parcel are being sent with Royal Mail premium class mail. If you have not
received the package 3 days after your order has been placed, please contact
customer service (mail@Vigoer.com).
5. Returns
If goods have been damaged during transportation please contact customer service (mail@vigoer.com). We will give you further instructions within 8 business hours.
According to EU-legislation you have the right to cancel the purchase for a period up to 7 days after we have received your order (we accept 10 days).
Please note that this assumes that you have not broken the tamper-evident ring sealing the containers.
If you want to return products please resend the package to the return address shown on the package, and send an email to mail@vigoer.com mentionning
your purchase order No (shown on order confirmation and invoice) and the reason for the return.
Products returned in accordance with these guidelines will be fully refunded (purchase price stated on the invoice / order confirmation) for the products returned.
6. Invoice
Invoices are being sent attached to the parcel, so you do not need to print yourself.
7. Privacy
Information kept in our customer files are kept secret and will not be revealed
to any external person. Your e-mail address will only be used for communication
between Vigoer Ltd. and you, and are never sold to third parties. The password
given when you create your account is encrypted and therefore only known by
you. In case you forgets your password, a new password can be requested and
are then automatically created and sent to your e-mail account. This - often
difficult to remember - password, can be changed in "Your account"
any time you wishes.
